KEY Responsibilities & Deliverables:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- BRS preparation
- Voucher preparation
- ERP book keeping
- Funds reconciliation
- Project Reconciliation
- Dealing with Banks
- Record/Data keeping & Handling
- Daily vendor payments
- Daily Tax payments
- Check sufficient funds are available for payments
- Coordination for provision of data to the stakeholders.
- Review and monitoring of Information System for correctness, accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
- Monitor and ensure timely payments, receipts and regular follow up.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records for accessibility, usefulness and completeness.
- Other tasks assigned by management
Education & Qualification:
- B.COM/BBA/MBA/ MBA / Master degree in accounting and finance
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Time management and Team player
Experience:
2-4 years’ relevant experience
Salary:
Up to 20,000 based upon experience
