Skills:

• Experience of alumni tracking and placement
• Experience working with young men
• Kind, supportive but firm personality
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
• Excellent market research skills
• A willingness to work within the Akhuwat system

Work Experience:
A minimum of 5 years’ successful experience in careers counselling in an education setting.

Educational Qualification:
Master’s Degree in HR or a related field
