Skills:

• Successful teaching experience with this defined age group
• Experience working with both males and females
• Knowledge of the Punjab and its education systems (Rules and regulations)
• Knowledge of NPSTP
• Knowledge of meaningful assessment
• Kind, supportive but firm personality
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
• A willingness to work within the Akhuwat system

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years successful teaching experience.
• Experience in middle / senior management in a High School setting

Educational Qualification:

• A Bachelor or master’s degree in Education.
• A Master’s degree in a related subject area.
